You agree that your sole remedy, in regards to any problems from products purchased on this site is to seek a return for such product in accordance with our Returns & Exchange policy.

We store email, phone number, order history, shipping and billing addresses. User information are used for sending order updates and for us to contact you in case of an order issues.

Information that we collect will never be sold to any third-party.

Orders that have not been shipped are eligible for a full refund. Once the order is shipped we are not able to return any associated shipping fees.

We do not accept returns for any opened or used products.

We do not accept returns for electrostatic-sensitive products or products containing electrostatic-sensitive parts. Electrosatic-sensitive parts includes diodes, integrated circuits (ICs) and transistors.

All eligible products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returning products can be shipped back to us or dropped off at any of our stores. Customers may use any shipping method for the return and are responsible for any shipping fees. To arrange for a return, please contact us at support@creatroninc.com.

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We do not have access to shipping services during weekends and holidays. Please allow addition processing time when ordering from those days. Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with any available tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

We are not able to refund any shipping fees once the package is shipped. Shipping guarantee is suspended if delays are caused by bad weather or other disasters.
